The teens of Apex voted on names for the youth group in July of 2008. The word "APEX" means "highest point".
We have a youth group full of teens that are reaching the highest potential by serving the Lord Jesus Christ. Our goal at APEX is to train teenagers to serve the Lord and to help equip them to stand up against wickedness in the world.
moved to Beckley, WV in June of 2008. They are working under Pastor Greg Steinke at Bible Baptist Church. Since coming to WV. with the Lords help, they have seen great growth in the youth group. Not only in numbers but also in Spirituality. Pastor Thomas graduated from Bethany Divinity Seminary with a Bachelor in Theology. He is currently working on his Masters of Divinity. Thomas and Kari love teenagers and have dedicated their lives in helping them walk the pathway of life.
